Largely Divided Into 3 Parts And Detachable From Each Other If Desired. Bottom Box Is A Drawer That Opens Out (inside Measure 13"w X 8"d X 8"h), With Wheels On Each Side Of Rear, The Middle Box Is Also A 5-compartment Drawer That Opens Out (inside Measure 13" X 8" X 3"), And The Uppermost Box Is A Toolbox (inside Measure 17" X 7" X 9") With A Inside Tray And Seethrough Assorted Bolts, Nuts, And Small Parts Variously Divided Outer Trays. Review by Big Daddy : Great for light duty 
I purchased this item for hauling electronic parts and light tools. All components on mine work perfectly, although the slide out drawer in the middle can be contrary, just a little patience does it. It has Great Storage, and the locking extendable handle and wheels make it Perfect for me. Plastic wheels dont scratch hardwood floors and is just big enough to move without a struggle. I dont think it would hold up long if filled to capacity with Heavy Tools, because it IS plastic, however, for lighter stuff, its Great. I LOVE mine and recommend it. I will purchase again if mine ever breaks.
